Pulwama Martrys buried amid huge gathering at their respective villages

Srinagar, June 12: As the bodies of martyrs Ghulam Hassan Chopan and Ghulam Rasool Lone reached their native villages in North Kashmir’s Sopore and Kupwara districts, thousands of people gathered to perform their last rites. Everyone was mourning the loss of these two brave hearts. Amid tears their mortal remains were buried in their native villages.Srinagar, June 12: As the bodies of martyrs Ghulam Hassan Chopan and Ghulam Rasool Lone reached their native villages in North Kashmir’s Sopore and Kupwara districts, thousands of people gathered to perform their last rites. Everyone was mourning the loss of these two brave hearts. Amid tears their mortal remains were buried in their native villages. Thousands of people participated in the Nimaz-e-Jinazah of martyr Ghulam Hassan. Heart wretched scenes were witnessed during their funerals. Ghulam Rasool Lone, resident of Gogal Lolab Kupwara and Ghulam Hassan Chopan resident of Wohulutra Maqboolabad Sopore were martyred when the militants at the strike of pre-dawn yesterday fired upon the guard post deployed at court complex in District Pulwama. In this incident, both of them achieved martyrdom. Later their wreath laying ceremony was held at DPL Pulwama amid huge gathering of civil & police officers. Matryr SgCT Ghulam Rasool Lone left behind three minor children including two sons Azhar Rasool, 7th class student, Basit Rasool 7 years old and a daughter Misbah Rasool, 9 years old, and his wife.
While SgCt Ghulam Hassan Chopan was survived by aged parents Wali Mohammed Chopan and Aza Begum, wife and three children Sajad, Tauseef and Hilal Ahmad Chopan.
